Executive Vice President, Global Head of Global Delivery Simplification

Kevin Duddy is executive vice president and global head of Global Delivery Simplification for State Street. Kevin is responsible for executing our Global Delivery Simplification (GDS) program launched in 2023, with the multi-faceted objective of delivering an exceptional client experience, creating scale and driving productivity with technology, improving our risk and control environment, and developing a culture where people can thrive and progress in their careers.

Kevin joined State Street in 2023, serving as chief operating officer for Poland, with operational oversight for all core functions within Global Delivery. He was responsible for a team of circa 5,000 employees and for service delivery for all Global Delivery operational matters, including management of all issues, change events, client sentiment, delivery of productivity, and optimization of the operating environment to ensure excellent delivery to clients.

With more than 25 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles and in delivering large scale transformative projects, Kevin brings deep client service, industry and process engineering expertise to drive change, and simplify and strengthen our operations.

Kevin holds a degree in accountancy from Ulster University in Ireland and is a Qualified Accountant.
