Jay Fulchino is executive vice president and head of Custody and Centralized Services for Global Delivery based in Boston. In his role, Jay is the global head of multiple middle- and back-office services including Asset Service (income, tax and corporate actions), Global Settlement, Third Party Lending, Cash and Transaction Services. Jay has over 22 years of leadership experience in accounting, custodial and operations in the financial services industry.

Prior to his current role, Jay held several global leadership roles across State Street in other operational, service and relationship management departments. Most recently, he was global chief operating officer and head of Global Client Service for a strategic client relationship at State Street. Previously, Jay was also head of Accounting for North America.

Jay joined us in 2001 and serves as a pivotal member of our Operating Group, Third Party Risk and Compliance, and the ICI Securities Operations Advisory Committee.

Jay graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management from Curry College.
