Executive Vice President, Head of Global Delivery, India

Manoj Yadav is executive vice president and head of Global Delivery for India. Manoj is responsible for leading the Global Delivery India team of close to 14,000 colleagues focused on delivery of service excellence to our clients. In his role, he partners with the Global Delivery leadership team and stakeholders across our businesses to define our operating model strategy and optimize the digitization of processes, operating a simpler, resilient, more automated environment to drive client quality and productivity. Manoj also leads the Global Delivery management team based in India.

Manoj brings over 30 years of experience in financial services, with expertise in managing operations across wholesale banking, transaction banking, change and transformation. Manoj joined us from Wells Fargo, where he served as executive vice president and Head of Wholesale and Consumer Business groups, leading a team across the five business lines of the Bank.

Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank as Head of Global Transaction Banking Technology and Operations for Asia Pacific, Global Head of Securities Middle Office for Equities and Fixed Income, and Head of Corporate Investment Bank, managing teams across key hub locations (London, New York, Frankfurt and Hong Kong). Manoj also has 15 years of experience in custody and fund services at Deutsche Bank across India and Singapore.
