Taryn Siglain
Executive Vice President, Global Head of Financing Solutions

Taryn Siglain is executive vice president and global head of Financing Solutions, leading our Agency Lending, Prime Services and Secured (Repo) Financing businesses. In her role, Taryn is responsible for business strategy, execution and innovative ways to drive growth.

Taryn joined State Street in early 2023 as global head of Prime Services. In this prior role, she was responsible for developing and driving the execution of the business strategy and delivering highly valued solutions to clients; she successfully built out the strategic road map for the business and began execution on a new product launch for Equity Swaps.

Before joining State Street, Taryn held a variety of roles during her 15-year tenure at Morgan Stanley including Head of Americas Secured Funding and Collateral Trading, Vice President Investor Relations, Global Head Client Financing Strategy, and Vice President Corporate Treasury.

Taryn is a member of the State Street Global Markets Executive Management Group. She is also a board member of State Street's broker dealer, State Street Global Markets, LLC. Outside of her daily responsibilities, Taryn is a member of our Executive Talent Council, a sponsor within the Global Markets’ Talent Council, and a member of the Civil Engagement working group in support of State Street’s 10 Actions Against Racism.

Taryn serves on the Board of Directors for a New York City-based nonprofit, New Alternatives for Children. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in corporate finance and accounting from Bentley University.
